These pancakes are the perfect morning treat and they are filled with all healthy ingredients!
Paleo Banaa Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1/2 Scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1/2 Scoop of Rootz Paleo Chocolate Banana Protein Powder
1 Egg
2 Tbsp's of Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp's of Ground Flax Meal
1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
1 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Cinnamon
1/4 C of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 C of Water
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp of Banana Extract (optional)
Nut Butter Syrup
2 Tbsp's of any Nut Butter
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
1 tsp of Cinnamon
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Cook pancakes over medium heat on stove.
Enjoy!
For the syrup, mix the coconut oil and nut butter together microwave until it has a syrup consistency. Add in cinnamon ad vanilla extract and stir until combined.
