Paleo Banana Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are the perfect morning treat and they are filled with all healthy ingredients!

Paleo Banaa Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  • 1/2 Scoop of Rootz Paleo Chocolate Banana Protein Powder

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Tbsp's of Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp's of Ground Flax Meal

  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour

  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1/4 C of Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/4 C of Water

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp of Banana Extract (optional)

Nut Butter Syrup

  • 2 Tbsp's of any Nut Butter

  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Cook pancakes over medium heat on stove.

  3. Enjoy!

  4. For the syrup, mix the coconut oil and nut butter together microwave until it has a syrup consistency. Add in cinnamon ad vanilla extract and stir until combined.
