Collagen Energy Balls
Sometimes I love being able to grab energy bars like Larabars, RxBars and Thunderbird Bars, but if I have time, I also like to make my own!
These Collagen Energy Balls are the perfect post workout snack or mid-afternoon pick me up! They are filled with tasty fats, healthy protein and are even a great source of fiber, plus they are delicious! The best part though is you can turn these balls into any flavor you want just by adding the right ingredients!!!
These energy balls contain ground coffee beans, yes you read that correctly! Not only does the ground coffee give the balls a delicious flavor and crunch, but it also provides a boost of energy!

Collagen Energy Balls
Ingredients
2 Tbsp's of Almond Butter or Nut Butter of Choice
2 Tbsp's of Chia Seeds
1 Scoop of Vital Proteins Vanilla and Coconut Water Collagen Peptides
1 Tbsp of Ground Coffee Beans
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract or Extract Flavor of Choice
Extras: Chopped Nuts, Granola, Coconut and Cocoa Powder/Nibs
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together until combined.
Form mix into ball shape forms and refrigerate until ready to eat!
