NoBake NuttZo Cocoa Paleo Truffles

In need of a quick snack, or maybe even a "sweet" treat, that is filled with tons of nutrients, flavors, simple ingredients and is just completely healthy?

I have the perfect recipe for you then!

These NoBake Truffles that I have created are the perfect on-the-go snack or for a small treat after dinner and are filled with healthy fats and fiber!

They are super easy and super clean, plus they are delicious!!!

This recipe can easily be adjusted to increase the serving size, and can different ingredients can be added to change the flavors! Add chopped nuts to the batch, although with the NuttZo Seven Nut and Seed Butter, you have the perfect amount of crunchiness. You could also add ingredients like Raisins, Cranberries and other dried fruits!

This recipe is perfect and can be made exactly to your liking's!

NoBake NuttZo Cocoa

Paleo Truffles

(Serving Size: 1)

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp's of NuttZo Seven Nut & Seed Butter https://www.nuttzo.com/

• 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour

• 1 Tbsp of Ground Flaxseed Meal

• 1 Tbsp of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

• 1 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk

• 1/2 Tbsp of Natural Cocoa Powder

• 1 tsp of Cinnamon

• Sea Salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, except the sea salt, together until the mixture becomes thick enough to form into a ball.

2. Take a spoonful of the mix and roll into a cookie dough shaped form.

3. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with Sea Salt (optional).

4. Stick the Truffles in the freezer or fridge until ready to be eaten!
