Fried Cauliflower Rice
I love fried rice from Chinese restaurants, it is by far one of my favorite side dishes! Since I do not eat rice anymore, I was so thankful when I was introduced to cauliflower rice.
I was never a major rice fan, I just loved all of the flavors you could mix with this side dish. Cauliflower rice is the best thing next to Almond Butter of course!
It is so versatile; you can mix so many flavors from different cultures with it!
Tonight's recipe is a Fried Cauliflower Rice recipe seasoned like a typical and easy stir-fry!
