Coconut Curry Sauce
Ingredients
1 Can of Coconut Creme or Full Fat Coconut Milk (I used Trade Joe's Thick Coconut Creme for this recipe, but others will work)
2 tsp's Minced Garlic (you can add more if you would like)
Spices 1-2 tsp's (or to your taste)
Curry Powder
Cilantro
Red Pepper Flakes
Basil
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Tahini (Optional)
Pepper
Salt
2 Tbsp's Coconut or Almond Flour (only if you want to thicken it, not needed)
Directions
Add the can of coconut milk and all spices to a sauce pan.
Over medium-high heat, cook the mixture until just boiling, stirring often so the milk doesn't burn. You can add in flour at this point if you would like to thicken your mixture.
Lower heat and let the coconut milk simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Continue to add seasonings until you get the perfect taste!
Serve and enjoy!
