Curry Tahini Dressing
I have posted a tahini dressing in my previous post on zoodles. This recipe for a curry tahini dressing is very similar to the creamy tahini sauce that I have put on zoodles before.
This dressing is very versatile and be put on other food items like a big spinach salad, or even dipped with carrots and celery.
I love curry; the flavor is powerful but pairs with lots of different seasonings.

Curry Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
2 Tbsp's Tahini
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spices (no exact measurements, just enough for your liking)
Curry Powder
Oregano
Parsley
Garlic
Basil
Cumin
Sea Salt
Pepper
1-2 Tbsp's Balsamic Vinegar (Optional)
Directions
Mix the Tahini and Olive Oil together until the mixture becomes the texture of a dressing. Tahini is a thick substance (like peanut or almond butter); it takes a few seconds to become dressing like after adding in the olive oil.
Add spices to the mixture until you get the right taste.
Add a few dashes of Balsamic Vinegar.
