Dump Ranch
If you follow my Instagram account, you will notice that at least one of my meals every day consist of Dump Ranch and that is because I am obsessed with it. I dip vegetables and every kind of protein in it. I will also use it as my base for tuna and chicken salads!
It goes with everything!
I loved ranch before I started Whole 30, and honestly, I never realized how easy it is to make it, and especially how easy it is to make it healthy. I first discovered this recipe from an Instagram and Blog site run by @WholeSisters. Since using their recipe, I have learned what I like better and what makes the ranch thicker, which of course makes it better.
Here is my recipe for Dump Ranch - Enjoy!
Dump Ranch
Ingredients
3/4 Cup of Avocado Oil or Extra Light Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk (do not use light)
1 Egg (best at room temperature)
Red Wine Vinegar (to your tasting)
Lemon Juice (to your tasting)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dill
Parsley
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender (I use the magic bullet) and mix until thick and creamy.
Taste it to make sure it taste the way you want it. I will sometimes add more garlic, or more salt and maybe even more red wine vinegar.
Notes:
This ranch can easily be transformed into different flavored ranches!
For example, I am constantly adding Hot Sauce to my bowl when I use it. It makes a delicious buffalo ranch dip for any veggie or meat. Or blend an avocado with it and make an Avocado Ranch Dressing!
