Cauliflower Rice
I decided it was time to make cauliflower rice and see how amazing it really was! I chose to make a curry cauliflower spiced rice to make a perfect side dish. It turned out delicious and I cannot wait to try it with other flavors.

This recipe includes the basic steps to creating the cauliflower rice. You can easily add in seasonings before or after you have cooked the rice. I like to make a big batch with a simple seasoning so that I can change the flavors around during the week!
Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower, chopped
1-2 Tbsp's Olive Oil (or oil of choice)
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Place chopped cauliflower into a food processor and blend until the texture begins to look like rice.
Once the cauliflower is all blended, heat a skillet on medium heat and add in the olive oil and cauliflower to the pan.
Season with salt and pepper to provide an initial flavor.
Place a top on the pan and cook the cauliflower until you have a soft texture.
Curry Cauliflower Rice:
1 tsp of Ghee
Diced Onion
Curry Powder
Turmeric
Garlic Powder
Cumin
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
